Paris has long been heralded as the most romantic city in the world. It’s not just that French, the language of love, resounds throughout the city. The architecture, the history, the boulevards, the sidewalk cafes, the “je ne sais quoi” contribute to the city’s undeniable charm. It comes as no surprise that Paris is the most popular European destination for private jet charters.
From the warm buttery croissant that begins your day, to a tour of the Louvre, to an evening stroll along the Seine, a visit to Paris is to be savored. Paris is a city where style and beauty are revered, and the Parisians have a knack for effortlessly looking chic. Whether you are visiting Paris for the first time or returning home for the 100th, nothing conveys chic quite like arriving into Paris by private charter.
Paris’s Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG, LFPG) is the busiest commercial airport in continental Europe. Luckily, private charters are able to operate out of Paris-Le Bourget Airport (LBG, LFPB). Situated closer to the city than Charles de Gaulle, Le Bourget also provides a less frenzied means to access Paris. This private airport is located about 30 minutes north of the heart of the city, and 15 minutes from Paris’s northern suburbs. Paris’s third airport, Orly Airport (ORY, LFPO), is located on the southern side of Paris, and although not so busy as Charles de Gaulle, Le Bourget Airport is always the best choice for charter flights.
